Q: An online bakery? How does that work?

A: Since we don't have a brick and mortar store for you to visit, we sell our baked goods online. Once we receive an order, we'll coordinate a time and place for pick up or delivery. Please leave a note for us in the "Cart" during checkout letting us know your preferred date, time and location for pick up or delivery.

All items are made-to-order, so we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to fulfill your request. Larger orders may require more advanced notice. 

Q: What is your delivery / pick up policy?

A: All orders will either be delivered to a location of your choosing or picked up from our kitchen in Near Northside.

We deliver for free inside the Beltway. Outside the Beltway, we charge a $10 delivery fee unless the order is for $50 or more. 

Please leave a note for us in the "Cart" during checkout letting us know your preferred date, time and location for pick up/delivery. We will contact you after checkout to confirm your order and time of delivery or pick up.

Alternative delivery or pick up arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: Currently, we do not ship any of our products. All items are made fresh once you order. We do not use any stabilizers or preservatives, which makes our items difficult to ship while still maintaining our preferred level of quality.

Q: What if I want to place a large catering order, I have dietary restrictions or want to make a special request?

A: We would be happy to work with you on larger orders or special requests. We can accommodate some dietary restrictions. To learn more, please contact us at harris.essex@gmail.com or 832.856.0307.
